The entire façade of this building was damaged due to water ingress via both windows, the doors, and the balcony covering. There were also multiple damp issues from thermal bridging. We were contracted to undertake the works, which included the installation of new windows and doors, along with cavity trays. We also designed and fabricated new sills. The balconies were stripped and re-covered with a suitable system, and the slabs were placed on Buzon pedestals. Every apartment was updated with new flooring and decoration throughout.
This project took approximately 20 weeks to complete.
This was a change-of-use project from commercial office space to five 2-bedroom apartments. As they were situated above a medical practice and pharmacy, attention had to be paid to logistics. We compiled a detailed construction management plan strictly adhered to over the course of the project. The entire transformation was completed on time, and we maintained excellent relations with onsite personnel throughout.

These clients contacted LMR Building Services to construct a new barn which they planned to use as an office at their equine veterinary practice. They also required a new garage and wanted the entire grounds landscaped for their upcoming wedding.
